Baltimore, Maryland's Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a baseball stadium. It is the home of the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball, and it was the first of the "retro" major league ballparks built in the 1990s and early 2000s. It was built to replace Memorial Stadium in 1992.
Camden Yards is a stunning venue. Have a fantastic time. ... The stadium is pretty safe, but there is no area in Baltimore that is really safe. Although there is a lot of police presence in the tourist areas, there are gangs of "youths" who roam the inner harbor on a regular basis.
Camden Yards was built on the site of a large rail station, and its name comes from the rail yards that used to be there. The former B&O Warehouse behind the right-field wall dominates the vista from much of the park.
The Oriole Park at Camden Yards, sometimes known as Oriole Park or Camden Yards, is a Major League Baseball (MLB) stadium in Baltimore, Maryland.
